When will my goods be delivered?
Items marked ‘in stock’ are held by Iconiccollectables.com and are usually dispatched within one working day. Should your order contain items that are both ‘in stock’, and items that will need to be ordered, we will dispatch your items as they become available. This will take up to 3 to 5 working days to process.
If we cannot process payment for any reason, we will e-mail you to let you know, and ask you to access your account and update your card or bank details as necessary.
Once an item has been dispatched, it should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please be aware that Iconiccollectables.com allows 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. This is only for items sent via standard Royal Mail postage. Items sent via recorded delivery will be tracked until arrival.

How much is your delivery charge?
Delivery to any UK address is just £3.95. Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.
Please contact us for all overseas deliveries.

Can I track my order?
Orders over £35 are automatically upgraded to a tracked service for no extra charge.
All orders outside of the UK will be shipped with tracking as standard, with no exception.
Can I have my item/s delivered to a different address?
We can deliver your order to either your billing address or an address of your choice, for example that of your workplace.
Please note we will only ship to billing addresses for overseas orders.
Are there restrictions on deliveries?
We reserve the right not to deliver orders to an address that may not be secure, for example to a communal postal, or a PO Box address. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a high price point item, Iconiccollectables.com may reserve the right to deliver to your billing address only. Should this be the case, we will contact you after you have placed your order.
What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?
If you are not available, Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver your item/s. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange your delivery, or to collect your product/s from their depot.
My Order has not arrived?
“My order was posted 3 days ago and have not received it yet. What should I do?” Take the following steps:
- Your item is delayed in the postal system. Wait another 3 to 5 days before going to Step 2.
- It’s been over 7 working days (excludes Sat & Sunday) and still no delivery. Please contact Customer Services for assistance.
How do I return my goods?
If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please post the item together with the delivery note to the address below. Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of the postage.
What should I do if I have received duplicate or incorrect item?
You may return any duplicate, or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received, and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
What should I do if my goods are faulty?
In the event that the goods are damaged or faulty Iconiccollectables.com will replace the goods without charge, or offer a full refund after they have been returned for inspection.

Please ensure you enclose your delivery note with the item/s as we cannot process your refund without the correct documentation.
Returns must be sent back to the address supplied within 28 days of receipt.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your returns, as we can only issue refunds for items we receive. Items lost in post on return to us will be your responsibility, and Iconiccollectables.com will be unable to refund your item/s.
Once we have received your parcel we will credit a full refund for the returned items back to the card with which you originally made the purchase. Due to bank processing times, you should allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Can you ensure that the packaging will be in mint condition?
All items are checked upon delivery to our office and sent to you in mint condition. All products sent by Iconiccollectables.com are carefully packed and sealed to ensure the safety of your product.

Pre-Order Items:
Coming in [Month, Year] Pre-order this item now! Although this item may arrive at any time, we estimate the manufacturer to release this item in the month and year listed next to the item (for example, October 2010). Please note that this date is estimated and is subject to change at any time due to possible, and often likely, manufacturer delays. We ship on a first-come, first served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the order it was received. We will not charge your credit card until the item comes in stock.
